This is a free call to discuss how I can help you reduce your pain and suffering and get back to the activities you love most. We will talk through your history, what you have already tried to improve your pain, and see where the Mindful Pain Relief Method can help in your unique situation. You will learn at least one technique to immediately reduce your pain.
